How we use what you send.
This is a plain-language note about project enquiries sent through this website. It is not a substitute for a full privacy policy if iMake later needs one for a registered company or additional services.
Who we are
iMake is a digital studio based in Scarborough, UK, working with businesses across the UK. The public email for this website is hello@imake.co.uk.
What we collect
If you use /start or /contact, we receive the details you choose to send. That typically includes your name, email address, and what you want built. You may also send a business name, phone number, budget range, timeframe, product choice, and notes about the work.
The site also uses a hidden honeypot field and a form start time to reduce automated spam. Those values are checked on the server and are not used for marketing.
How it is used
Enquiry information is used only to reply about your request and to quote or plan the work. Messages are sent to iMake by email using the website’s mail settings. We do not sell that information.
How long we keep it
Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any project that follows. If you want a message removed, email hello@imake.co.uk.
What this page does not cover
This website does not use an account system, a customer login, or card checkout. Analytics cookies and advertising pixels are not part of the current site. If that changes, this page should be updated before those tools go live.
A registered company name, company number, VAT number or postal address is not published here because those details have not been supplied for the site.
