Using this website.
A short, plain-language note. Formal terms for a project are agreed in the quote, not on this page. This is not legal advice.
The site
This website is published by iMake, a digital studio based in Scarborough, UK. It explains the services iMake offers and lets you send a project enquiry.
Concept work
The Work section includes concept projects. Those are labelled Concept. They are demonstrations of approach, not live client commissions, and they do not report client results, bookings or sales.
Enquiries and prices
Sending an enquiry through /start or /contact does not create a contract and does not take payment. Starting prices on this website are starting prices. Stores, web apps, mobile apps and branding are quoted. A fixed price is agreed before work starts.
Intellectual property
The iMake name, the line “You dream it. We make it.”, and the design of this website belong to iMake. Concept demos are shown so you can see the work, not so they can be copied as a finished product for another business.
Liability
This website is provided as information about iMake. If something on the site is wrong or unavailable, email hello@imake.co.uk. Project-specific responsibilities sit in the quote you agree, not in this page.
